The staff were really helpful and the location was unbeatable. Easy access to Tyler Pounds Regional airport, within 16 miles. Comfortable bed and a fairly clean bathroom. Eggs and hot waffles available for breakfast.

This room was the absolute worst smelling room I've ever slept in. I complained and was told an air purifier would be delivered to our room and it never was.
Good location for accessing Texas Rose Horse park.
Awful smell in the 2nd floor hallway and the room we stayed in. No actual attempts by management to help with the issue as an air purifier was never delivered, no discounts on the stay either. All I got was an "I'm sorry your room smells bad". It wasn't just bad smell, it was a dirty sickening smell.

The service was excellent in my opinion. the king room was nicely decorated and fairly quiet with a sleeper sofa. - the staff was very honest and excellent, they were always available. - the location was unbeatable in the DFW area.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a microwave and a refrigerator. Nice bed and the bathroom was clean. The location for Lindale was exceptionally nice, near Tyler or somewhere other than Lindale, restaurants and stores and stores.
